Hi, I'm Ford, an almost 3monthold Rat Terrier blend weighing 3.4 pounds. Unlike the Ford you might find in a driveway, I run on puppy energy instead of gasoline. I'm a cheerful little guy who is ready to grow, learn, and keep my future family smiling.

Favorite Things: Ford’s favorite pastime is collecting toys and finding new ways to enjoy them. Whether he's carrying one around proudly or entertaining himself with his latest discovery, he always finds a way to stay busy. When the fun is over, you'll often find him curled up in a cozy dog bed for a well-deserved nap.

Training and Manners: Like any young puppy, Ford is still learning the basics. He isn't house trained yet and will need consistency as he develops good habits. Leash walking is also brand new to him, but he's at the perfect age to start building confidence. With patience and routine, he should progress beautifully.

Health and Care: Ford is up to date on his puppy vaccines. He will need a local adopter committed to bringing him to his remaining vaccine appointments, microchip and neuter, which are covered by his adoption fee. He'll need monthly flea and heartworm preventatives like any dog. Ford is currently finishing treatment for a skin infection that is nearly resolved and may continue a medicated foam for a short time. His grooming needs are simple and include regular baths and nail trims.

Other Animals: Ford has experience with small dogs and enjoys having canine friends around. He hasn't been tested with cats, but his easygoing nature suggests he may adapt well with proper introductions.

Children: Ford would be happy in a home with children of any age. As with all puppies, supervised interactions will help everyone learn and grow together successfully.
