Meet Spike, a sweet and spunky Shih Tzu mix boy with a personality as adorable as his little face! Spike came to us from a Southern Illinois animal control, and he hasn’t let his past slow down his happy-go-lucky spirit. He absolutely loves everyone he meets and greets the world with an ever-wagging tail. Spike is full of charm, affection, and playful energy, and he’s always ready to make a new friend.
