mr pickles

Mr Pickles is a 4-year-old Rat Terrier mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He’s a smart, affectionate boy who loves being with his people and is happiest when he can be right by your side. He’s a wonderful combination of playful and cuddly. He enjoys going for walks, playing ball, and showing off how smart and trainable he is—but when the fun is over, he’s more than happy to curl up next to you for some quality cuddle time.Mr Pickles has done well with kids and gets along nicely with little dogs. He also does well around a larger dog and mostly just ignores them. We haven’t had an opportunity to see how he feels about cats yet, so a cat introduction would need to be handled carefully.Because he bonds closely with his person, Mr Pickles can be a little bit of a “Velcro dog.” He likes to know where his people are and can get vocal when he has to be left alone, particularly when kenneled. The good news is that he isn’t destructive, and his house manners have been very good. His only indoor accident happened when he was let out of his kennel and didn’t get outside quite quickly enough.Mr Pickles would love a home where he can be part of the family and have plenty of companionship, walks, playtime, and affection. If you’re looking for a loyal little shadow who will happily follow you around, play ball with you, and then snuggle up beside you, Mr Pickles may be your guy! If interested in him, please complete an application on our website at www.allpawsrescueok.org. He is neutered, vaccinated for this year, tested negative for heartworms, microchipped, and current on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. His adoption fee is $150.00.
