Jack is now settiling in with his foster family as he waits for his forever family to find him.Meet JackJack is a 3-4 month old Hound/Lab mix (best guess) who is a happy, friendly, playful puppy. Heis your typical fun-loving puppy who enjoys being around people, getting attention, and playing.Jack has medium energy and is always ready for some puppy adventures, but he also has asweet and easygoing personality.Jack is still young and will need continued work on all of the important puppy basics, includingpotty training, crate training, and leash manners. Apply: Fill out adoption application completely and submit all necessary documents.2.)Application Decision: approved applicants will be notified via phone call and email.3.)Foster-to-Adopt Trial Period: after approval, you have the opportunity to do a meet and greet and bring your dog home! You get a 5 day foster-to-adopt (FTA) period to make sure it's the right fit.4.) Final Decision: By the end of the FTA period, please let us know your final decision to adopt or return the dog to our rescue.5.) Home Visit: After the adoption process we conduct a home visit either in person or via zoom meeting to ensure that everything is going well with the transition and to answer any final questions you may have.6.) Neuter/spay for puppies: for dogs who are not fixed at the time of adoption, we will reimburse $125 for the procedure once we receive proof of spay/neuter. We recommend going to HAWS Snip Clinic in Waukesha, WI or Wisconsin Community Veterinarian Center in Madison, WI for the most affordable option.
