Meet domino
4 years young. Family relocated & has less room in house, more stairs and less land. Stairs is part of why some family cannot take him. He is scared of steps & would be better in a ranch home because he had fallen down steps before. Or somewhere w/carpeted & not slick steps. He was in abusive/neglected/malnourished situation as puppy when found & originally rescued at about 6 months old w/2 other Great Danes all chained in a basement. (He was adopted from a rescue that had him fostered in a home w/a few dogs & cats.) That’s why he is not a fan of a leash we think but will use one with harness on if needed. Was able to roam his past property over 2 acres off lead & stayed in his boundaries. He also does not do well in a vehicle unless extreme circumstances which is why he was not kept up to date with vaccines or vet visits. He was well loved, had his own dog bedroom w/a full couch for a bed & large floor bed to choose from, with a tall feeder & low splash water bowl. Family heartbroken
