Meet bowen
Bowen is a high-energy youngster ready for life's adventures! He has potential in spades, learns quickly, and already knows sit, down, stay, come, and drop it. He's potty trained, loves fetch, and happily races around with his prize. Chew toys are helping him channel those puppy behaviors appropriately. Bowen needs continued training, especially with leash skills and keeping his mouth on appropriate things, so his previous adopters recommend an adult-only home for now. He'd likely shine in flyball or frisbee! Physical and mental enrichment are musts for this happy boy, who gets wildly excited for walks and will gladly challenge you to tug. With the right guidance and outlets, Bowen has all the makings of an incredible adventure buddy! He is already neutered and up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm prevention, is microchipped and ready to go home. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times. If you're interested in learning more about him, please reach out to our volunteer matchmakers at wcac.matchmaker@gmail.com with the subject line "Bowen, 269673".
