Meet skye
Skye is a sweet, small 7-year old terrier mix who spent the majority of her life (6-months to 6 years) as a loyal companion to my parents. Because of this, she is deeply affectionate with her chosen people, enjoys a quiet routine, and has lots of love left to give a dedicated caretaker. She is house-trained, well mannered in a calm setting, and perfectly sized for easy management.
We took Skye in last October when my 90+ year old parents could no longer care for her. Once in our home, it became apparent that she has aggressive tendencies towards other animals and this last week provoked a fight with my son's German Shephard mix which resulted in a late night emergency surgery costing us over $2,300. We cannot keep her in our house. She would do very well going back to an 'only-dog' household. She's very sweet otherwise, but shouldn't be around any other animals, including cats.
