Health Overview & Medical Needs
Condition: Diagnosed with Masticatory Muscle Myositis (MMM), an autoimmune disorder causing jaw muscle inflammation.
Treatment & Prognosis: Easily managed with steroids. She is currently pain-free, eating well, and gaining weight. MMM does not affect lifespan or quality of life when properly managed; remission is possible, though long-term treatment may be required.
Coat: Non-traditional color variation (attributed to her underlying health condition prior to treatment).
