ADOPTABLE ANYWHERE IN THE USA
Arrow was fending for himself, dodging capture attempts by more people than we can count. Turns out a hot dog buffet doesn't impress a dog who's figured out survival on his own- he outsmarted leashes, toys, treats, and corned beef before a rescuer and a helpful camper finally got a collar on him.
He's since made it to Tulsa, been neutered, and is recovering well.
We don't have much on his personality yet since he's brand new to us- but but he's clearly smart and resourceful, and we're excited to get to know the rest of him.
