Meet Chim Chim, a 4-month-old, 14-lb tiny heartbreaker who somehow still believes people are wonderful — even after watching his own family leave him behind.
Chim Chim was found on the side of the road desperately chasing after the people who had just dumped him. This tiny baby didn’t understand that they weren’t coming back. He just knew his family was driving away, and he ran after them trying to go home. Thankfully, someone else saw a little puppy who deserved so much better and stepped in.
And Chim Chim truly is perfect in every way. He is incredibly loving, friendly with everyone he meets, and wonderful with both dogs and cats. He loves toys and has all the silly, playful energy of a happy puppy, but his absolute favorite place is in someone’s arms. Pick him up and he simply melts into you, perfectly content to be held and loved.
At only 14 lbs, Chim Chim will be a medium sized boy with an enormous capacity for love. After chasing after a family who didn't choose him, he deserves one that will spend the rest of his life making sure he knows he will never be left behind again.
