Meet Shay — A Sweet Girl Looking for Her Forever Person

Meet Shay, a beautiful 7-year-old American Staffordshire with a big heart and so much love to give. She’s sweet, affectionate and wonderfully laid-back, will lick your face off if you let her! happiest relaxing near her people and simply being part of the family.

Shay is fully house trained and crate trained and knows sit, stay, shake and high-five. She even has her own beautiful furniture-style crate that can come with her, giving her something familiar and comfortable in her new home. She also has a 6 month supply of her heart worm prevention medication.

She absolutely loves car rides and pup cups and is always happy to tag along with her favorite person.

Shay loves her people fiercely. She forms incredibly deep bonds, is naturally protective and will protect the people she loves with her life. She’s a confident girl who needs an experienced owner who understands strong, protective breeds and can provide loving, consistent guidance.

Shay should be slowly and carefully introduced to any dogs in the home, and because she has a prey drive, a home without small animals is best.

At 7, Shay is past the puppy craziness and ready for her next chapter: comfy naps on the couch next to her favorite hooman, car rides, pup cups and a person she can love and be loyal to with her whole heart.
