Meet Margie, an incredibly sweet 8-year-old Chihuahua mix with so much love to give. Don’t let her age fool you—Margie is still active, playful, and enjoys having younger canine friends around!
Margie absolutely loves being close to her people. Whether she’s snuggled up beside you or simply following along with your day, she is happiest when she knows her person is nearby. She does have some separation anxiety that we are currently working through, so she’ll need a patient and understanding family who can continue helping her build confidence.
We believe Margie would thrive in a home with another younger, playful dog who can be her companion and help her feel more secure. She is potty trained, a great eater, and currently working on her leash-walking skills.
Margie is looking for a home where she can feel safe, loved, and included—and in return, you’ll get one very devoted little shadow.
