Meet lucca
Lucca came to us two years ago after we adopted her.....she was saved from the side of the hills of KY along with 35 other dogs after the owner had passed away. She is house broken, walks beautifully on leash and is overall a good dog. She barks at delivery people. Likes to cuddle and is very loyal. Lucca has anxiety with people and loud noises (gunshots, fireworks, thunder, etc.). On advice of our vet, we have had her on Prozac since May 2026 and it has helped immensely. She is not food driven and is not easily bribed with treats. She has been excellent with the big dogs her size in daycare/boarding, but has had territorial issues with our small, older female bulldog. This mostly happens if Lucca feels cornered or trapped in a small space. However, she plays with our son's dog with minimal issues. She gets crated on occasion, but we leave her out while we are gone most of the time. We are looking to rehome her because we are nervous with how she will be with our new grandchild.
