Meet charlie
I purchased Charlie from a breeder in Millersburg, OH, super sweet breeder and family!
His birthday is October 22, 2025.
He is a super sweet boy. I really thought having the poodle mix with the dachshund would work well for me but I am a little sensitive to him, allergies changing as I age is not fun!
He started out potty training really well and he is very smart so I think he could be retrained very easily.
My schedule has gotten busy again so I keep him in a crate with a doggie door that leads to an outdoor kennel outside my house.
When I am home, he uses the doggy door as he can roam my house and he does well with that too.
I put “not good with kids” due to him nipping my 8 year old son’s hand but to Charlie’s defense, he was chewing his rawhide and my kiddos are a little rough with him so I would say it is situational and he does great with my 9 year old niece!
