Meet bowie
Bowie is a Lab/Husky mix (~52 lbs), currently located in Zionsville, IN. His early months were spent chained outdoors before he was rescued in August 2025 (rescue birthday 9/17/24). He came into my care when his foster changed his mind, and he's been a treasured member of the family ever since — extremely loving, loyal, and always wants to be near his people, happily snuggling up with his siblings on the bed or couch.Bowie has a lot of energy, and his excitement can come across as intense when he first meets someone new — but once he's said his hellos, all he wants is to be petted and to play. He's great with kids and loves a good car ride. He just needs an owner who understands his big personality and gives him a little time to warm up.He's up to date on vaccines, though could still use some reinforcement on crate training and house manners in new environments — a little patience early on goes a long way. But once he's settled in, the sky is the limit with this guy.
