Meet Uno!Uno is an adorable Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mix, about 6–7 years old and 11 pounds of pure personality.This little guy is fun, spunky, and just an all-around great dog. He does well with other dogs and has settled right into the pack. He sleeps quietly in his crate, is a great eater, and is fantastic on a leash — ready to head out for a walk whenever you are.Uno has that perfect combination of playful energy and easygoing companion. Super sweet, good with other dogs, house broken and all the other rat terrier traits that make them so special. Uno need and foster or better yet an adopter who know how special he really isAvailable dogs are met by appointment only and pre-approved adopters ONLY.Our dogs are currently in a foster homes which can answer your questions better than anyone else. We promise our fosters that we will qualify all potential adopters before we ask them to communicate with potential adopters.The application is the first step. Volunteers process the applications and need time above their personal needs and full-time jobs to process the apps.Please have patience. We do not have any paid staff members. Our adoption fee is $300 which includes spay/neuter, DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies, HW check, and microchip. Russell Rescue dogs are fostered in the Middle Tennessee area. We do not ship/transport our dogs, so the approved adopter must be willing to travel to Tennessee. Russell Rescue will try to first place our rescue dogs locally or in surrounding states.Russell Rescue is not open to the public for visiting hours.
