Meet carol
We are looking to rehome a sweet two-year-old bloodhound who was acquired as a puppy around May, 2024.
She has grown up on a spacious rural homestead where she has access to the house and free range to roam within a fenced property. She is a friendly and energetic dog who has been well cared for and is up to date on her vaccinations.
Her general training has been somewhat lax, so she would benefit from an owner who is willing to spend some time working with her. She does not have any significant bad habits, aside from being at the tail end of her chewing stage.
She has a little more energy than is practical for her current home, where she is cared for by a couple in their mid-80s. She would be happier with someone who can give her more exercise, attention, companionship and opportunities to put her energy to use.
We hope to find a good home for her in the Gainesville area, although location would not be considered a deal breaker for the right home.
