Meet rose
Meet Rose! 🐾 This sweet, gentle girl with a heart full of love seeks a patient family willing to help her feel safe and confident. ❤️ She was surrendered by her owner due to behavioral concerns and reported a prior bite. They stated that Rose has lived with other dogs and can become possessive over food and toys.
Rose is an absolute sweetheart at the shelter. She's described as timid, gentle, and incredibly affectionate. She walks very well on leash, takes treats politely, and seeks out her people for reassurance if she feels anxious. In the play yard, Rose prefers to stay close by your side, happily following along. Very tolerant of handling, allowing staff to touch her face, paws, and tail without issue, Rose shows no aggressive behavior when approached by new people. Her gentle nature and desire for human affection have truly made her a joy to be around.
Because of her reported history and potential for food/toy possessiveness, Rose will need an experienced and committed adopter who understands the breed and is prepared to provide structure, positive training, and appropriate management.
Rose is ready for a fresh start. Could you be the person who shows her just how wonderful life can be? 🐶💕
