🇺🇸 Meet Pardon — The Freedom Litter ❤️🤍💙
Pardon has spent his entire life waiting for this moment — his freedom.
Born in a shelter as part of a hoarding court case, Pardon and his siblings spent the first 5½ months of their lives growing up inside a kennel. While other puppies were learning about couches, grass, leashes, car rides and what it feels like to belong to a family, Pardon was simply waiting.
Now the wait is OVER. ❤️
For the first time in his life, Pardon gets the chance to discover a whole new world — and we are looking for a special family willing to show him just how wonderful that world can be.
🐾 About Pardon
* 5½ months old
* Mom was approximately a 40 lb Doodle
* Dad was approximately an 80 lb Poodle
* Expected to be a larger dog when fully grown
* Born and raised entirely in a shelter environment
Because of his start in life, Pardon has missed many of the important experiences and socialization that most puppies receive during their first several months. He is starting from the beginning.
Leash walking, potty training, household routines, new people, unfamiliar sounds and everyday experiences may all be completely new to him.
🏡 Pardon needs a family willing to teach him.
His perfect home will understand that patience and consistency are going to be incredibly important. He needs someone who won’t rush him, but instead will help him build confidence, introduce him to new experiences and give him the structure and guidance he has never had.
There will be a lot of firsts.
His first night sleeping somewhere warm and comfortable.
His first time learning that a leash means an adventure.
His first time realizing that people can be safe.
His first favorite toy.
His first family.
And eventually, the moment he realizes he isn’t going back to a kennel. 🥹
❤️ Pardon may have missed the beginning of puppyhood, but he has his whole life ahead of him.
He doesn’t need someone who expects him to know everything.
He needs someone willing to teach him everything.
