apollo

Apollo is a sweet boy he is actually an XL American Bully. Unfortunately him and our 12 year old dog do not get along. We have spent the last year trying to work on a solution including keeping them apart, training. He does not like to get washed and has on occasion growled at me when I am washing him or cleaning him up. We have started using a muzzle on him during these times, not because he has tried to bite me, but I am scared because he is so big. He has a ton of energy and loves to cuddle. He has never attacked another dog first but when our older dog goes after him- he has fought him and cause damage. He’s never been around small dogs, cats or kids and I think he would do best as an only dog or a female dog. He gets along with our female dog and they have never fought. We are heartbroken that it has come to this, but would like to find him the right home. He needs a loving experienced person who knows how to handle large dogs.
