MEET SCRUFFY! 🐾
11.3 lbs of scruffy sweetness and BIG personality!
Scruffy may be little, but he's got a whole lot of personality packed into that tiny body! This adorable guy loves his people, enjoys attention and pets, and forms strong bonds with his favorite humans. He's a busy little explorer who LOVES brisk walks, sniffing everything in sight, and keeping an eye on the neighborhood. Once he's found his person, Scruffy is happiest just being close, even choosing to sleep beside their bed!
Scruffy at a Glance
Housebroken: Yes!
Crate-trained: Yes! Comfortable for 4+ hours.
Leash skills: Still learning! Does best on quiet walks.
Dogs: Needs to be the only dog.
Cats: Unknown.
Kids: Untested; may bark at children during walks.
Favorite Things: His PEOPLE, brisk walks, sniffing adventures, attention, and sleeping near his favorite human!
Least Favorite Thing: Other dogs and those pesky squirrels!
A Little Note: Scruffy is highly reactive to other dogs on walks and can become overstimulated by squirrels and busy surroundings. He'll need a patient family committed to positive reinforcement training, managing his environment, and giving him plenty of space from triggers. Quiet neighborhoods and a home where he's the only dog will help this little guy thrive!
