Lewis (approximately 62 pounds) was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Tennessee. This unforgettable fellow is extremely affectionate, very charming, and looking for someone to love! Lewis' love is very much in-your-face, because despite his size he will literally demand kisses, pets, and luvins because he is certain that he is a lap dog. Physical touch is Lewis' love language! Lewis participated in doggie play groups at his previous shelter, and reportedly does well with other doggos. He keeps a very clean kennel overnight, leading us to believe that he is house-trained. And he ADORES reward-based training, so while he can sometimes be strong on leash, he usually starts to mind his manners when he sees a treat pouch!
