Meet tom (fly tom)
Tom (racing name Fly Tom) is a handsome black greyhound who was born on March 16, 2021. At five years old, he's left his racing career behind and is ready to devote his energy to something much more rewarding—being someone's loyal companion.
If there's one thing to know about Tom, it's that he loves being part of the action! Whether it's family time, a walk around the neighborhood, or simply hanging out while you're busy, Tom wants to be right there with you. He's a friendly, affectionate boy who happily seeks out people for extra pats and attention.
Tom is active, cheerful, and full of personality. He walks beautifully on lead, making him a wonderful partner for daily strolls, and his happy outlook on life is contagious.
He's also a social butterfly. Tom gets along well with both large and small dogs. When he first met a small dog during his assessment, he was understandably excited and curious, but he quickly relaxed and disengaged, showing that he responds well with appropriate introductions. Because of his enthusiasm, he'd do best with slow, thoughtful introductions to smaller canine companions.
Tom has also spent time with teenagers aged 16 and older and enjoys being included in family life. His affectionate nature and love of people make him the kind of dog who will happily follow you from room to room, always ready for a cuddle or a scratch behind the ears.
If you're looking for a fun-loving, people-oriented greyhound who will greet each day with a wagging tail and an eager heart, Tom is ready to become your newest family member.
Could Tom be the companion you've been waiting for?"
