Meet zoey "toast"
Zoey affectionately known as Toast is in need of a new home to live out her golden years. I am looking for an experienced adopter/ rescue who can provide the rehabilitation she needs after being abandoned by her previous family due to not getting along with new pets.
Medical history: currently being treated for neck pain and anxiety. She does have some dental disease. Otherwise no medical concerns. Heartworm negative.
Behavioral history: dog fear/ aggression, high prey drive, anxiety
Zoey has been transported to Denver from Houston after being abandoned by her previous family. She needs to go to a home without cats and will need training to safely be around other dogs. When in a safe environment, Toast is very friendly, cuddly, and playful with all people. She loves to chase a ball and snuggle on the couch. She has lived with small infants and middle school aged children in the past with no issue. She deserves the world!
