Pico is a sweet Chihuahua mix named after Pico de Gallo — and this little girl has a story worth telling. ❤️
Pico came into rescue pregnant after surviving life in a hoarding house. She gave birth to eight beautiful puppies and has been an amazing, devoted mama. While raising her babies, Pico has also been learning that people can be kind and that she is safe with the help of her loving foster family.
Pico is a very timid girl, and she’ll need a patient, understanding home willing to give her the time and space she needs to build confidence. Now that her puppies are growing up, it’s finally Pico’s turn to be cared for and loved.
She’s ready to leave her mama duties behind and find a loving home of her own — one where she can continue learning to trust, feel safe, and discover just how wonderful life can be. 🐾
