I’ve been part of my family for about 2½ years, and they’ve gotten to know me as a loving dog who enjoys the simple things in life—like lounging at your feet, curling up on the couch with you, and spending time with the people I trust.I’m friendly and gentle with women and children of all ages, and I’m also a big fan of other dogs and cats! I get along well with both big and small dogs, and I absolutely love cats. I can be a little more cautious around unfamiliar men, so I may need some patience and time to feel comfortable with new male friends. Once I know you, though, I’m a friendly, loyal guy.I’m housetrained, crate trained, and walk nicely on a leash. I enjoy going for walks and playing in the yard, but I’m also perfectly content relaxing at home. I know some fun tricks, too—I can sit, stay, shake, and even give kisses!I’m also a good little watchdog. If someone I don’t know approaches, I’ll let you know with a bark. I take my job seriously, but once I realize someone is a friend, I’m happy to settle back into my easygoing routine.I do enjoy my toys, although I have a bit of a talent for taking the stuffing out of them! But don’t worry—I’m not interested in destroying the house.
