Meet dakota
Dakota is a beautiful 1.8-year-old Pyredoodle** who was rescued from an unsafe situation and is now looking for a committed forever family.
She’s about 60 lbs, spayed, vaccinated**, and still very much a playful young dog. Dakota is currently doing great with both small and large dogs and especially loves playing with her larger foster sibling. She enjoys two 30-minute walks a day and sleeps comfortably in her kennel at night.
A previous adopter reported that Dakota jumped a 6-foot fence and had some issues with other dogs, but we have not seen those behaviors in her current foster home. She has also previously been reported as not good with cats, although her most recent adopter said she peacefully coexisted with one. It depends I guess.
Dakota needs a family willing to provide exercise, consistency, patience, and continued training. She’s young, loving, and deserves someone committed to helping her become the wonderful dog we know she can be.
And seriously... those eyelashes!
