Meet bear
I have no idea what type of dog he is my belief is that he's a Polish lowland sheepdog so working dog my guess. he is a whiner needs a lot of exercise and my belief is that he was abused we had rescued him from very bad dog owners he was kept outside and not fed very often. As for why we can't take care of him we just don't have the money to feed him we have a lot of other dogs, most of the time we're out of the house or we're busy with other stuff so we can't give him the exercise he needs. he also doesn't trust strangers well. but if you get to know him he will be a very sweet dog.EDIT: bear seems to be good with cats just very curious so if your cat doesn't like curious dogs or your cat is very playful he could get annoyed so be careful of thatOn a plus note he seems to be okay with kids but just like before he is very wary of strangers so be careful with thatOn another note if you have puppies he could get overwhelmed by how playful they are and get annoyed.
