Meet kai
Kai is a sweet, intelligent and affectionate Maltipoo who forms a very strong bond with his person. He loves being close to his favorite human, cuddling, relaxing around the house and being part of everyday life.
Kai can be a wonderful companion, but he does have some behavioral needs that are important for his future family to understand. He can become very possessive of his primary person
Interestingly, when his primary person is not present, Kai generally behaves very well with other members of the family. His difficulties appear to be most pronounced when he feels the need to guard the person to whom he is most attached.
Kai’s Diet
Kai has been raised on homemade food rather than kibble, and maintaining his diet is very important to us. We are looking for an adopter who is genuinely willing and able to continue preparing appropriate homemade meals for him and who understands that this requires ongoing time and commitment.
