Meet blu
Blu is a loving 6-year-old dog who has been part of our family since he was about 6 months old. I originally took him in from a college friend who could no longer keep him, and over the years he has lived with my best friend, my mom, my sister, and now, for the past two years, with me. No matter where he has been, he has always remained part of our family.
Blu is fully trained, affectionate, playful, and loves attention, cuddles, belly rubs, food, and relaxing around the house. As he’s gotten older (and a little chunkier!), he’s just as happy lounging around with his people as he is playing.
Blu has lived with both dogs and cats and can get along well with other animals, but he can become fearful, overly excited, or overwhelmed, which has led to fights with other dogs. Because of this, we believe he would be happiest and safest as the only pet in his new home. He has never bitten a person and does very well with people.
We’re looking for a loving, responsible home for Blu.
