Meet gumbo
Looking for a home and adopter that can spend time training Gumbo; a home where he is the only dog or there is another active dog and has to reside in a house with a yard. Looking to rehome due to our toddler’s severe skin allergies. Our Gumbo is our family dog, and we've had him since he was 8 weeks old. My professor found his pregnant mom who birthed 1 of 8 pups on her property. He's been the best companion these last three years, but unfortunately we have had to face the decision to rehome him. We found out about our daughter's allergies to dogs when she was only 6 months old, now, a year later, her allergies have been worsening (sinus issues and severe itchy rash). We ultimately decided it's time to rehome him. In-person initial meeting required.Words to describe Gumbo:- clingy/loves pets- stubborn!- fast runner! - food motivated!- cuddly - needs attention and training!- incredibly smart - strong nose! - very curious!- doesn’t know his strength or size and thinks he’s small
