Meet melody
Melody was left behind. She’s still waiting for someone to come back.
When Melody’s owners moved out of their apartment, they left her there. A 7-year-old dog, abandoned in the home she knew, with a cat left behind with her.
Melody, is a sweet older Bulldog mix. She a friendly, affectionate girl who loves people and happily welcomes attention from both volunteers and visitors. Shelter staff describe her as very social—she seems to have never met a person she didn’t like! She enjoys treats, pets, and being included, and she may even let you know when someone walks by her kennel without stopping to say hello. Sh showed little to no reaction to other dogs in the shelter or on leash.
At around 30 pounds, Melody is a wonderful medium-sized companion with a whole lot of love to give. She’s looking for someone who will appreciate her affectionate personality and give her the attention and companionship she deserves.
