Meet atlas
We are looking for the right home for our beloved Great Dane, Atlas. Please read. ❤️
This is one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to share.
We love Atlas deeply. This is not a “we don’t want him” situation—this is a “he deserves more than we are able to give him right now” situation.
Atlas is 3 years old. He is goofy, huge, affectionate, and truly part of our family. He has been loved and cared for his entire life.
But Atlas has significant environmental allergies that require consistent management, medication, veterinary care, and a home fully prepared to meet those needs long-term.
We have tried everything we can, and this decision has come with a lot of heartbreak. At this point, we have to put his needs above our own attachment to him.
We are looking for a very specific home for Atlas:
Someone experienced with Great Danes, financially and emotionally prepared for ongoing medical care, and ready to love him as much as we do.
We are not rushing this.
