Meet Bella 🤍 | Almost 7-Year-Old Terrier Mix | Tan & White | 28lbs

Bella is a sweet, gentle girl looking for a loving home after her previous owner sadly passed away. Through no fault of her own, she’s starting a new chapter and hoping to find someone who wants a calm, affectionate companion by their side.

Bella’s favorite place is wherever her person is. She loves snuggling on the couch, curling up beside you, and simply being part of the family. She’s lower energy and would be perfectly happy in a relaxed home with plenty of love and a sunny spot to lounge in.

She’s also a wonderful house dog! Bella is fully potty trained, nondestructive when left alone, doesn’t get into the trash, and is generally quiet. She’s smart, knows “sit,” and enjoys going for walks, though she may pull a little when she’s excited to explore.

Bella loves spending time outside and especially enjoys soaking up the sunshine, so a fenced yard would be a wonderful bonus.

She has done well with children over age 2. Bella has limited experience with other dogs and was uncomfortable with a young, high-energy dog who frequently tried to engage her in play. She appropriately communicated when she needed space and may simply prefer calmer canine company. A meet and greet with any resident dog would be important to make sure everyone is comfortable.

And like any good terrier, Bella knows an unattended snack when she sees one—food left within reach may mysteriously disappear. 😄

Bella would be a wonderful match for someone looking for a loving, well-mannered, lower-energy dog who wants nothing more than to be close to her people. After losing the person she loved, she deserves to spend her next chapter as someone’s beloved companion. 🤍
