Meet Rains East 🩷
Tiny? Yes.
Intimidated by the big dogs? Absolutely not.
Rains is a sweet little Aussie mix puppy with a serious case of "I can take him" energy. She has no problem throwing herself into a wrestling match with the big dogs, then turning around and climbing into your arms for a cuddle like nothing happened.
Born in May 2026, Rains is part of our ETX Litter who came into NTASR after being surrendered to a small rural shelter in East Texas. Now she's ready for her next adventure with a family of her own.
Rains is affectionate, confident, curious, and playful. She loves her people, loves other dogs, and we're pretty sure she'd be thrilled to have kids to grow up with too.
Her favorite setting, however, is human arms + sleepy puppy mode. Pick her up and there's a very good chance she'll be asleep before you know it.
She's crate trained and sleeps through the night like a champ. She's still working on potty training and leash skills, so her forever family should be ready for a little puppy homework.
If you're looking for a confident little adventurer who can wrestle with the big dogs and then immediately become a sleepy cuddle puddle, Rains is your girl. 🩷
