Meet oakley
I found Oakley on a street in Memphis during this last snow storm. He has all his shots up to date from Banfield and is scheduled to be neutered in October (not old enough currently). Has showed 0 aggression, towards kids, adults, cats or other dogs (big or little). I was not aware of what the pet policy at my apartment complex was until now. He is out of compliance already by size and I am in jeopardy of losing my apartment and having to move if I do not get him rehomed. Moving is not an option for me. He is a puppy with puppy energy, but is also house broken (crate trained) or at minimum pees on a pad, if you do not take him out regularly.
