Otis is a 12–14-year-old Australian Shepherd who is as laid-back and loving as they come. He’s not looking for long walks, endless adventures, or a busy household. What Otis wants is simple: a soft bed, a peaceful home, a little sunshine, and someone who will love him for whatever time he has left. He has so much love still to give, and we want to give him the chance to experience what it feels like to truly belong to someone.
Otis is heavily heartworm positive and has no teeth, but please don't let those things make you overlook this sweet boy. Depending on his overall health and what his veterinarian recommends, he may be a candidate for a slow-kill heartworm treatment.
