Roxy girl is a 4 year old, 12lb Bichon Frise with a poodle cut. Needless to say though, she would look divine in any hair cut but this one is extra cute! Roxy was rescued during Operation Freedom Paws when our team and partners rescued hundreds of dogs from an illegal puppy mill in Gangwhado, South Korea. She may take a little time to warm up and get her bearings, but we promise Roxy is silly and fun-loving. At our center in Bundang, she regularly had our team laughing as she tossed and wrestled her toys while other dogs watched in wonder. As she settles in though you may have the feeling of being watched - it’s Roxy staring at you carefully observing your every move. Roxy still is working on her confidence and independence, but it’s still early days for her here! With a consistent family and continued encouragement she will be the star of the show. You can meet Roxy at her big break this weekend! She made it to prime time at our adoption event this Saturday.
You don’t have to wait for an adoption event. In-person meet-and-greets are available in the NYC area, with virtual meet-and-greets available for adopters outside NYC.
