Wemby is a 3 year old Border Collie who is good with cats and dogs. He is high energy and would benefit from an owner who has prior experience working with border collies! Listed as special needs because he does have separation anxiety and will need an experienced adopter who will work through it with him! He is a really goofy and fun dog, and incredibly smart.
