Phil is a sweet little guy who would make a wonderful addition to a family looking for a playful, loving new best friend.Phil is being fostered in Baltimore, MD.PLEASE READ:Any dog that is house or potty trained will still need patience in a new home with new people and a new schedule. Please be ready to train ANY dog you adopt! Also, please understand we can not guarantee breed or full grown size of any young dog or puppy.Thank you for understanding.
