The child said they were playing, he fell, and Charlie reacted. No adults witnessed the incident, so we don’t know exactly what happened. The child was taken to the hospital for evaluation.We have a 1-year-old at home, and after today’s incident, we can no longer safely keep Charlie. He has also shown discomfort around children in the past.Charlie is a smart, loving, and energetic dog who loves to play ball. He needs an experienced, adult-only home with someone who understands dogs with behavioral challenges.
