Weighing just 32 pounds, she's the perfect medium-sized companion who is always ready to brighten your day with her loving nature and adorable excitement.CiCi settled into her foster home like she had always belonged there. She's house-trained, crate-trained, and an easy house guest who happily goes into her crate, settles quietly, and never fusses. She's a smart girl who is nearly perfect with her potty training and has only had a few accidents while learning the routine in her new home.People are CiCi's favorite thing, especially her special person. She's a major cuddle bug and an incredibly loyal girl who just wants to follow her favorite human around all day, with plenty of naps in between! Whether you're relaxing on the couch, working around the house, or heading out for a walk, CiCi is happiest when she's close by. When you look at her or say her name, her entire body wiggles with excitement because she's just so happy to be loved.CiCi also absolutely adores other dogs. She happily plays with the resident dog throughout the day and is sweet and friendly with every dog she meets. Having previously lived with several canine companions, she's very social and enjoys making new friends. She has also done very well living with a cat. Slow introductions and supervision are still recommended as everyone gets acquainted.Her energy level is a wonderful balance. She enjoys walks, a good game with her favorite squeaky tennis ball, chewing on a bone, and a few zoomies each day before settling in to relax with her people. She would love a home where someone is around often or where she has a canine companion to keep her company. While she doesn't have separation anxiety, she truly thrives with a human or dog friend nearby.CiCi can be a little shy when meeting new people, but with a little patience and kindness, she warms up quickly and shows her affectionate, goofy personality. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. Due to post-adoption services provided, we prefer to adopt within a 150-mile radius of the Twin Cities. However, we will consider up to 250 miles if the foster agrees to travel requirements and staff approval.
