A spirited two-and-a-half-year-old German Shepherd mix currently in Phelan, CA, whose joyful personality shines as brightly as her beautiful tan and black coat. She is the kind of companion who makes every day feel like a new adventure, whether she is splashing through the water, racing across a fenced yard, or happily settling down with a favorite bully stick after a fun afternoon. Sammy has a playful spirit, medium energy, and an affectionate heart that helps her make friends wherever she goes! She is wonderfully compatible with other dogs, gentle and comfortable with children of all ages, friendly with adults and strangers, and she greets new experiences with an eager wag and a happy smile. Sammy also does well around cats, making her a wonderful companion for a family with feline friends. With her friendly personality, she is eager to meet the world with curiosity and kindness!

One of Sammy's most inspiring qualities is her resilience. She came from a shelter, yet her cheerful outlook never faded. Her loving nature continued to shine, proving that her heart is filled with trust, happiness, and excitement for life's next chapter. She already knows the commands sit, lay, and come, comes when called, and would enjoy learning even more through positive reinforcement. She is comfortable being left alone for short periods, is house-trained, and settles into daily life with ease.

Sammy is in excellent health, is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and enjoys monthly grooming along with dental chews to help keep her smile bright. She especially needs a loving family with a fenced yard where she can stretch her legs, chase happy moments, and splash around whenever water is nearby.
