- Very goofy guy who will seek out attention and stand in your lap while you're petting him - Loves tennis balls and tug-of-war and just loves to play and be active in general; happiest when he has frequent walks or other outlets for his energy - May prefer to explore and do his own thing here in the shelter, but will likely open up more once he's in a loving home environment and has had time to decompress - Loves car rides and will sit in the back patiently - Has a unique ridge of fur on his back - very handsome! - Not the biggest fan of being in a kennel and may need some help feeling comfortable when left alone - Young kiddos might overwhelm this fella - he's looking for an adults-only family right now (mature home recommended) - Can be very awkward and unsure of other dogs, and may prefer some dogs over others; would be most comfortable with a slow, careful introduction to new dogs (dog intro required) The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed.
