Meet sonny
I met a man at the airport who was leaving for Mexico. He was undocumented and is not returning to the US. He had brought this dog thinking he could buy a ticket for him and learned he could not. I spent a day and a half trying to help him get the dog to Mexico and we could not do so. He asked me to foster it while looking for a permanent home. Sonny is a great dog. He's friendly, loyal, and energetic. We already have a dog and are not ready for the time and financial commitment of a second one. I think he was completely untrained but we've been starting to train him in the few weeks we've had him and he seems eager to learn. He gets along great with other dogs and my kids and their friends.
