Rosie was found along with her brother Riggs under a viaduct in the heart of Chicago. She was rescued by a passing firefighter who couldnt help but let them jump in the car to safety. Their finder and foster has been surprised to find that Rosie knows some basic commands and knows how to be polite and wait fort her food. They are working on potty training, she is still a puppy after all.
Rosie is currently in Chicago but she can be transported to an approved adopter at no cost. Rosie is ready to be welcomed into her very own family!
