Meet dale
Meet adorable Dale, with oversized ears (which he will undoubtedly grow into!) and a beautiful coat. He weighs 37 pounds, is about 10 months old and has been neutered since arriving at the shelter on 8/4. He is listed as a mixed breed. I ran his pics through my Dog Scanner and it indicated he is an Australian Stumpy Tail Cattle Dog and an Australian Cattle Dog. I very much enjoyed meeting sweet boy and hanging out with him during the photo session. He walks quite nicely on a leash. He knows the sit command and will do so for treats which he takes quite politely. He is very sociable, affectionate, and wanted to climb into my lap every time I sat down. I enjoyed cuddling and snuggling with him. He wants to stay very close. He would make someone a loving and devoted companion. He needs a home in which he will be allowed to live inside with his people. He wanted to stay close to me and chill out. This precious youngster deserves a good home and we are hoping his stay at the shelter will be a brief one.
