Once he's had a chance to burn off his energy, he's happiest curled up in your lap for cuddles. He'll thrive with an experienced owner who will provide structure, consistency, and continued training. Buddy does have a prey drive outdoors, so he'll chase birds and squirrels, but he should do well with cats in the home when introduced properly.
