Meet tika
Tika is a two year old mix of Husky and pit. She is riddled with anxiety and I sadly do not have the mindset for her. She developed it about 6 months ago. Not sure where or why. Routine has been normal? I think she needs a home with smaller dogs than her. Bigger dogs give her too much anxiety. She's never bitten anyone. She's a sweet girl, we just don't have the environment she needs to flourish. She loves treats and stuffed toys. Separation anxiety as well. Will do okay in a kennel if she has something to distract her with. She will pee if she fears the situation or meets new people.
She does well with kids after warming up to them. Is wary of men. Likes most women.
Doesn't do that great on a leash. Could probably get better with time and patience. Does great with baths though.
I have had her on a Skin and coat Diamond dog food so she hasn't developed any allergies to my knowledge.
