Meet bear
Bear is a four year old Anatolian Pyrenees mix. We bought him as a puppy to be our livestock guardian dog, and he never took to the sheep. He is great with people, but does not respect other animals, and therefore has to be kept separate from our cat chickens, sheep, and horses. He has never shown any aggression with our family, but he weighs 150 pounds and his size is intimidating. He has grown up around our three children. We had him fixed at two years old and got him a companion dog to keep him company. They enjoy playing together, but sometimes he gets too aggressive and is food aggressive. We want to rehome him so that he can have more freedom than we’re able to give him separated from our other livestock. He will need a fenced in area to live as he likes to roam, but fortunately always comes back. He has always been an outdoor dog and especially loves the cooler weather.
